My Android device appears to be set to a screen density which does not match the settings necessary to play Weed Farmer, how can I change screen density settings on my device?
It may be that you have the display density on your phone is set to a mode which is not compatible with the game along with auto-density selection may be disabled. To change, on most devices, which support variable screen density, go to the following settings, from the home screen Menu -> Settings -> Display -> Resolution. Make sure the auto option is selected.
In rare cases with devices running custom Android OS ROMs the display density is set to the highest display density possible without the ability to change as the options to change density are not enabled. For these situations we suggest upgrading to a new Android OS ROM or contacting the creators of the custom packaged OS and request help for enabling the density changing options or for making changes to the device’s boot initiation settings.

IV General Gameplay
Does the app have to be open for plants to continue growing?
Plants will grow on their own as time passes regardless if the app is active, minimized or closed. Plants will also continue to grow if your phone is turned off.
Will sprouts, seedlings and mature plants die if they are left in growing trays or planting pots once they reach maturity?
No, mature sprouts, seedlings and 100% complete plants will remain until you transplant, harvest or trash (delete) them.
How long do plants take to grow?
The length of time to grow will vary based on the strain you are growing. Also various buffs, negative effects and equipment active in the grow room will effect length of growing time. Each real life half hour represents 1 day in the game. For example with dirtweed using basic equipment and no active time decreasing buffs the seeds take 2 hours (4 game days) to germinate, 4 hours for the seedlings to mature and about 2 days for the plants to be ready for harvest (100% completion) in the main grow room.
How can I germinate a seed, plant a sprout and seedling?
On the Germination Tray, Seedling Tray or Grow Room Screen, first select a seed or plant from the lower inventory panel displayed on the screen. Once selected the seed or plant will highlight. Then touch any empty spot in the germination tray, seedling tray or grow room plot. This will place the seed or plant in the spot and begin the growing through that phase.
How do I sell to and buy from the shops?
To sell, touch to select any item displayed in the upper inventory panel in a shop screen, then touch again the selected item to display a window with information about that item. Using the “+” and “-” buttons to increment the amount of the selected item you wish to purchase, then touch the BUY button to purchase. Items and harvested weed can be sold the same way by using the sell inventory panel in a shop or in the full panel when in the Weed Market location.
How do I know when germinated seeds or seedlings are ready for transplant?
When germinated seeds or seedlings are ready for transplant they will be displayed in the lower inventory panel in the seedling tray or grow room screens. Touch a listed sprout or seedling to select, then touch an empty spot on the tray or empty grow room spot to place.
How do I add grow lights and other equipment in the grow room?
To add equipment in a grow room plot touch any of the 6 slots in the upper left and upper right sides of the screen in the Grow Room. Each Grow Room plot has room for 6 pieces of equipment. Please note the plot must be empty of all plants to add or change grow room equipment.
Why can’t I change or add equipment in the grow room?
When plants are growing in a plot, equipment can not be changed or added until all plants are harvested or trashed (deleted).
What is Grow Skill and how does it work?
Grow Skill can be thought of as an Experience Level in a Computer RPG. The higher your Grow Skill the more difficult level of plants you can successfully grow and harvest. Each plant strain has a difficulty level which can be seen by viewing the detailed information about a plant. The higher a plant’s difficulty level is above your grow skill, the greater chance the plant has of receiving plagues every other game day (every hour in real time). Plagues cause damage to quality and amount of weed harvested. Plagues and the damages they cause can be removed by using various consumable items. The limitation to this is if a plant is too ravaged by plagues the cost to cure will be greater than the profit made from the harvest. Rule of thumb is to grow plants of difficulty levels at or slightly above your current grow skill level.
